Do my customers need an app?
No. Most phones from the last several years read NFC tags automatically. Every tag also has a QR code for phones that don't.
What if I don't have a Google Business Profile yet?
We can help you set one up or claim it, so the tags have somewhere to send customers.
Is this allowed by Google?
Yes. Asking customers for reviews is fine. What's not allowed is paying for reviews or only asking happy customers. Our tags simply link to your review page, and anyone can leave honest feedback.
